About The Gentleman
I Am Polished Gentleman.
My Mission
Every Man Deserves A Beard Like Mine
I founded Polished Gentleman in 2019 after a sobering realisation: the grooming aisle was a disgrace. Synthetic fillers. Mystery fragrances. Bottles that promised the world and smelled faintly of regret. A gentleman, I decided, deserved better — specifically, he deserved mine.
So I built a line around what actually works: biotin, manuka honey, aloe vera, argan and tea tree. All natural, all organic, all made in America. I tested every formula on this very face. I would not ask of your beard what I have not first asked of my own.
What We Stand For
Our Values
All-Natural, Obviously
Argan, jojoba, manuka honey, shea, aloe — ingredients a gentleman can pronounce and a chemist would applaud. Nothing synthetic ever touches this face, and it shows.
Proudly Made In America
Every bottle is made in America — alongside such national treasures as the light bulb, the steamboat, and, if I may, myself.
Cruelty-Free & Vegan
Cruelty-free and vegan. The bees are willing partners, the koala signed a release, and no creature was harmed — except my dignity, occasionally.
The Polished Gentleman Story
It began, as most great things do, with me looking in a mirror and being profoundly impressed. I had the beard. The world, I felt, deserved access to the methods behind it.
"I do not chase trends. I set a standard, and then I meet it — repeatedly, in the mirror."
From One Bottle To An Empire
I spent two years perfecting my first formula before I would let another man near it. I tested everything personally, on this very face, which you will agree was a tremendous risk and a resounding success. I still approve every batch. I still read every review. And I still believe, sincerely, that the world is a better-groomed place with me in it.
Polished Gentleman launches with a single beard oil and my personal guarantee.
I add the Beard Balm and the Wash & Conditioner two-step, against the advice of absolutely no one.
We pass 100,000 gentlemen. I celebrate by personally sourcing manuka honey in New Zealand.
200,000+ gentlemen and counting — still made in America, still approved by me, personally.
