Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 3–15 days for your order to arrive.
If more than 15 days have passed since your order shipped, please contact us at info@polishedgentleman.com and we’ll be happy to review the status of your order.


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email info@polishedgentleman.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Used or empty skin or hair care items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email info@polishedgentleman.com with your order number and details.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return once received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt.
