At Polished Gentleman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer refunds under the following terms:

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Downloadable products
  • Used or empty skin or hair care items

How to Request a Refund:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return

      2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions

Processing Refunds:

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of your refund status.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • To request an exchange, email info@polishedgentleman.com with your order details.

Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the return value.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
